Neoprene is a great insulator. We love that it is soft and flexible. It seems like it can always stretch to accommodate one more thing. As a bonus it's machine washable.

Polyester

A popular man-made fabric used across multiple categories such as clothing, accessories, and home furnishings. Its popularity exploded in the 1970’s thanks to its durability, strength, and wrinkle and stain resistant properties.  Today, you can find it used across Built’s various lunch bags for the same reasons.

Stainless Steel

Steel that didn’t rust was a miracle when it was first invented. Now it’s used in just about everything. When you combine two layers and vacuum sealed technology, it makes for an incredible water bottle. Plus, it's tough and recyclable.

Tritan

Created in 2007 by Eastman, Tritan is a BPA-free plastic that’s impact resistant and dishwasher safe. We use it because it’s safe and durable which helps produce less waste.

Silicone

Silicone was originally created to insulate electric motors and generators and is heat resistant to 570 degrees F. It's also soft and flexible, easily molded into beautiful shapes, and is 100% food safe. We utilize all of silicone's amazing attributes across our product lines.
